【評選方式】:
一、進階組:
2) 80%的總分根據專業評審評選，由主辦單位邀請繪畫專業及中文數位教學經驗之人士擔任。專業評審的標準如下:A. 彩繪燈籠繪畫設計- 繪畫美術的設計及創造性: 40%B. 正體漢字的故事- 漢字故事內容的豐富性: 40% (故事的表達以PPT文字影音或影片導覽方式且不限於中文)
二、觀摩組:

【Evaluation criteria】:
- Advanced Group
1. 20% of the final score is based on Global online Internet voting:Global Online Voting period: 5/6/13 to 5/17/13.2. 80% of the final score is based on a Judging Panel consisting of art, drawing and painting professionals and experts or teachers who apply digital technology to Chinese teaching.The evaluation criteria by a judge panel:A. The artistic design and creativity on the painted lantern: 40%.B. The content and richness of the story or commentary about Chinese characters on the painted lantern: 40%(**note that the presentation can be done by PPT or video presentation, and the story presentation or commentary is not limited to Chinese presentation).
- Demonstration Groups:
- On-Site voting by students and parents on 4/28/2013
【進階組競賽專業評審簡介】
- 賴思琦副主任: 華府僑教中心賴思琦副主任為台灣大學政治學系公共行政組學士及政治學研究所碩士。感謝賴副主任百忙中，仍撥冗參與僑教的紮根工作，為數位學習活動，參與評分的工作。
- 譚煥芬老師: 譚老師是蓋城中文學校的文化大使，在蓋城教授書畫課程，受惠了無數的學生和家長們，對毛筆的應用和國畫的技巧，在譚老師一一的指導下，每一個人都受益良多。這次很高興能聘請譚老師，參與評分的工作。
- 江東錦老師: 江博士在蓋城中文學校已經任教了4年，積極的推行電腦和網路中文教學。讓學生逐步的應用網路設計，去了解中華文化有關的文字和藝術活動，中文演講練習，更結合了Youtube互連網，讓學生動手製作影片，參與大華府地區中文學校的卡拉OK比賽。如此種種，江博士被選為2010年美東最好的中文老師之一。
