Parents are invited to a free seminar "Unlocking Leadership Potential," which will cover the following topics:

-How do elite colleges assess leadership potential?
-Leadership and Asian-Americans - why does it matter and what are the barriers?
-What are essential leadership skills and how to develop these skills?
-How can parents support the development of leadership skills?

The speaker, Adrienne Lo, is a Yale alumni admissions interviewer, HR professional, and youth leadership trainer.  She is the founder of IvyLead, Leadership Training for Teens.
